Mr
Nidesh Gupta is arguing. Before that Justice Khanna
asked what happened to extension of time
by Supreme Court.NG replied his learned friend Mr Khanna is doing it may
be tomorrow or so. It could not be done
due to vacation etc.Our CMP was discussed
at length in the beginning and was withdrawn on an assurance that the
Bench would decide our case without reference to UOI decision on Board
Resolution.
Our purpose is fully served .More later.

recess.Mr NG will resume post lunch. He covered most part of the case. The
final position about extension of time by SC will be known only when the
hearing concludes today.”

further informed me over phone that Mr Nidesh Gupta was very articulate and
assertive in his presentation and was also meeting the questions raised by the
Bench.
