The Hyderbad Ass. moved an appl. raising on Board Resolution matter
and said that an RTI had been filed and wanted to argue on that. The
justice took strong view on it and asked that if they wanted to raise
this go to SC. The court said that they would go only to point
referred to them. and asked them to withdraw the said appl. The lawyer
agreed to withdraw.
