This post has come at a time when hearing of pensioners case just concluded on 21st Feb. last and WS is to be submitted by 3rd March. The LIC officials were cautious to quote the growth rate (were more concerned for their own hierarchial growth) before the bench and quoted number of reasons but Mr Chairman has been kind enough to give the above platter to pensioners. This should be mentioned in WS.
