interspersed with many case laws,& lucid exposition by Counsels
& finally by DB Chhatisgarh HC & atlast petitioner won,tho
earlier for flimsy reasons of not vacating quarters on
time etc, the wrong orders & SJ verdict were set aside & 8 % interest to be paid was ordered.
Some
provisions are useful to us, we can go thro & utilise properly to
the extent we can. Indeed, when justice finally triumphs, it gladdens
our hearts & so I am forwarding same.
