LIC Pension Rules are based on centre govt rules only. Centre Govt started revising pension of its own pensioners wef 01.01.1996 means through 5th Pay Commission and same is going on till this date. 7th Pay Commission of Central Govt has revised basic  pension for its own pensioners wef 01.01 2016 with 2.57 multiplication formula .The revised basic of each centre govt pensioner as on 01.01.2016 is simply multiply your basic pension by 2.57

But Central Govt has been doing so without amending centre govt pension rules.

Our case is strong. Our prayer for regular pension updation is rejected by Delhi High Court on 27th April

This decision can be quashed by Supreme Court.

The legal battle has to be taken to supreme court to get final justice.

All LIC Pensioners will have to keep their morale high and  come forward to donate liberally towards legal fund

You can't fight at Supreme Court without adequate funds

It is expected from all stalwarts like you to set tone for fighting spirit plus contribution for legal fund.
