Dear Mr Sahni,  Thank you very much for promptly forwarding the judgment.  But this has a restrictive application to PSB pensioners who retired between 1/4/1998 and 31/10/2002 who were discriminated against in the matter of computation of average emoluments vis-a-vis the pensioners who retired after 1/5/2005 who would have got the benefits of wage settlement effective from 1/11/2002.This judgment may not help us  in regard to the disputes that we have raised in our SLPs.  But we can consider how well the case laws other than the ones we have already referred to in our SLPs  cited in the judgment will help us to buttress our arguments in SC.  Kind regards.
