Why Not Creating A Joint Front for all LIC Pensioners Unions
This is further to a post appearing today on your blog by Sh N D Mehrotra being a very young and recent Retiree at Jaipur saying that since LIC Pensioners Community stand divided into seven different Unions so LIC Management is not ready to listen to most of them.
I fully agree with Sh Mehrotra
This is a true statement but more tragic part is that Top Leaders of these diffrent LIC Pensioners Unions are not ready to talk with their other counterparts due to their large ego
If all unions for working staff can be together on a single platform to create A Joint Front for securing a decent wage revision for working staff which force is stopping our Pensioners Unions for Retired Licians for creating a similar Joint front to take up all genuine issues being faced by entire LIC Pensioners Community
Perhaps large ego of all such leaders most of them being 75 plus is preventing them to come togerher on a single platform
It is generally believed that a normal human after crossing 75 becomes humble , ego less and angerless since he prepares himself for next journey and becomes ready to shake hands with Almighty God at any point of time after 75 .
But all our leaders are made of a diffrent metal.
God Bless All such leaders with very large ego
Regards
B R Mehta
