Latest position on our case in SC & Notification on OMOP

AIIPA is making efforts for early hearing of its SLP.
Dr Ravishankar,our Legal Advisor went to S.C.n met 'Mentioning 
Section' official.The official informed mentioing could be made in' only 14 catagory of cases'  as per instructions n ours is not included.Then he met Registrar,Judicial n referred to the Order of 26.11.2018 passed by the S.C. Bench and also informed him that the petitioners are all aged 75+, and submitted that early date of hearing of the case should be considered.The Official replied that he would look into and see what could be done.
AIIPA will continue its efforts in this respect.

During the course of discussions today on April 04, 2019, the Chairman, GIPSA informed that notification on pension is likely in the next ten days. He also informed that the factors for cost sharing suggested after discussion with LIC is 3.7 times the current basic pay for existing employees. The retired employees have to refund 1.3 times of the amount they received as employer's contribution of PF and interest.
