LIC played the same trick with Mr M C Jain while making payment of arrears and also in case of Mr KML ASTHANA if I remember correctly.
We cannot expect better from the senior officers of CO.
They always think how to reduce payments of arrears to please their bosses.
A suitable case needs to be prepared.
LIC will never implement DHC order on DR retrospectively.
However ,LIC has to pay DR at the rates fixed by DHC with effect from the date of order (30.04.2017).
Has LIC paid interest on difference of Commuted Value from date of retirement?
