SOME UNPALATABLE QUESTIONS

When both husband and wife are employed ( in the same institution or somewhere else ) why should
1) HRA  be paid to both
2)Childrens' allowance  be paid to both
3) Festival advance  be paid to both
4) Furniture allowance be paid to both

NOW THE  CASE OF BOTH BEING PENSIONERS

When one of them passes away why should family pension be paid to the living one ( when there is none to be supported by the alive pensioner ).
A funny situation arises when the deceased one was less than 80 years old and the surviving one is more than 80:years. The FP payable to the surviving pensioner is 20 pc more than what the deceased one was getting!

To escape from getting beaten I am going underground.
