Union Bank Complies

For some  retired LIC employees also, the Punjab & Haryana High Court has  in interim directions stayed recovery and ordered restoration of commuted pension even though LIC Pension Rules 1995  provide for restoration of commuted pension only after 15  years.Now the question arises whether the retired employees who are governed by the same rules  and who have completed 15 years after commutation can approach the Court  with a prayer to issue directions to LIC to refund amounts recovered after 10 years as an  interim measure pending  final decision in the case ?
