Adventures of Sagar Parikrama by two women officers of India Navy Roopa and Dilna should be inspiring to all working women of India. They should snatch the powers of TUs and Politics from male chauvinism. Is it too much to expect from women staff passively fight like RBI staff to restore TU rights for LIC workers which was snatched by illegal sec 48 of LIC ACT in 1981 when males became cowards for the mind boggling 4+ decades and now surrendered for just monetary gain only and not for other human rights.to judiciary which is said to posses powers like man-made Gods for the last 10000 years only in a period of 2 lakh years of the appearance of Homo Sapiens from other Homos and apes.
Employees of LIC having TU rights under ID ACT 1947 were indulging in being anti- govt and failed ideology from1956 to till this day instead of employees welfare except a decade of support to corrupt regime for the sake of their selfish mentors. Unit employees who got job security from hire and fire policy is due to Nationalization to divert private funds for 5 year plans was the only consolation. Majority of the employees including "Oriental" and "New India" were better than GOI staff with minority in a pitiable position. Gullible unit employees/new recruits come from competition among unemployed were told Mainframes of pre computer age without internet were going to repeat previous job insecurity and conditioned their minds to the extent of processions with in office premises with placards to the result of emoluments reduced compared with cost of living and they died in penury with starvation/stagnation wages without pension unlike SBI/GOI staff/present day Loss making BSNL staff. Man-made Gods of monotheist religions discriminated man from man and HIndu Gods added Caste by Birth. As 99.9 % are believers , judiciary in democratic countries had to confirm discrimination. These are facts/Truth and nothing else.
