Respected Sir , 

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and share a deeply gratifying experience I recently had with LIC of India.

Earlier, during the last week of March,  to my pleasant surprise, I received a maturity claim of ₹2,00,000 from LIC, credited directly to my bank account. As a bank officer, I was completely immersed in the year-end closing activities at the time and only noticed the credit in the second week of April while clearing unread emails. For me, it arrived as a truly special *Vishu Kaineettam* !  

What makes this gesture even more remarkable is that LIC processed the entire settlement without me having to submit my bank details or even the original policy document. The seamless, proactive credit speaks volumes about your "customer-first approach".

This policy was taken by my beloved father, (who was an LIC Personnel, now a pensioner)  when I was just two years old, with the vision of supporting my higher education or future needs after I turned 25.

 Over the years, I had already received four survival benefits totaling to ₹1,00,000. 
With this final maturity amount of ₹2,00,000, the total policy benefits comes to ₹3,00,000,  — on a policy with a sum assured of only ₹1,00,000. ! 

It is reassuring to see that LIC, the mammoth financial institution of our nation, so diligently tracks its commitments and ensures that customers receive their dues promptly at maturity. This experience is, for me, a living example of LIC’s timeless tagline — _“Zindagi Ke Saath Bhi, Zindagi Ke Baad Bhi.”_
