*Dear Activists/Pensioners:*

*M.C. Singla's case reached final stage-*

*Today the final argument took place and it concluded. Both the parties were given 2 weeks time to submit written submissions. All appellants and respondents are expected to make written submissions in the usual manner. Since the hearing was seen on wave and also given wide coverage in social media, we do not comment on the arguments. This was that Singla's case has reached the final stage. The final decision is expected any time after Diwali.*

*2. It is expected that the Appellants/ Impleaders will make a joint submission. This will be an opportunity for a proper presentation on the entire issue. Pension updation issue is undisputedly proven in view of Pension Settlement, Small Committee Decisions Pension Updation of Pensioners between 1.1.1986 and 31.10.1987, which the living proof of pension updation alongwith wage revision, and the Regulations 35(1) and 56 of BEPR and we are assured of complete justice from the Honorable Supreme Court.*

*3. Sri Nageswara Rao from Hyderabad appeared in person and placed his argument. His endeavours in this regard is appreciated.*

*एम. सी. सिंगला के मामले अंतिम चरण में पहुंचे-*

*आज अंतिम बहस हुई, समापन हुआ। पार्टियों को लिखित प्रस्तुतियाँ देने के लिए दोनों पक्षों को 2 सप्ताह का समय दिया गया। सभी अपीलकर्ताओं और उत्तरदाताओं से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे अपना पक्ष सामान्य रूप से प्रस्तुत करें। चूँकि सुनवाई जोरों पर थी और साथ ही सोशल मीडिया में भी व्यापक जगह दी गई थी, इसलिए हम तर्कों पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं करते हैं। ये था सिंगला का मामला अंतिम चरण में पहुंच गया है. अंतिम फैसला दिवाली के बाद किसी भी समय आने की उम्मीद है।*

*2. उम्मीद करते हैं कि अपीलकर्ता और इंम्प्लीडर्स दोनों मिलकर एक साझा प्रस्तुति देंगे। यह संपूर्ण प्रकरण पर समुचित प्रस्तुति का मौका होगा। पेंशन अपडेशन का मामला पेंशन समझौता, स्माल समिति के निर्णयों, 1.1.1986 और 31.10.1987 के बीच के पेंशनर्स के हुए पेंशन अपडेशन -जो वेतन रिवीजन के साथ पेंशन अपडेशन का जीवंत प्रमाण है- और पेंशन विनियामक के 35(1) व 56 के प्रावधानों के आलोक में निर्विवाद रूप से सिद्ध है और माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से हमें पूर्ण न्याय का भरोसा है।*
