Court No. 2 has commenced its post-lunch session at 2:38 PM, taking up Item No. 301, the long awaited M.C. Singla Pension Updation Case (C.A. 7993/2023) directly as Part-Heard before the Hon'ble Bench. The legal team representing bank retirees presented their arguments.
The proceedings have just been completed. Hon'ble judges have asked both the parties to submit their written submissions within two weeks.
