REVISION IN PENSION AND DR

       Dear  sri mahadevan ji                                                                                     20-6-18
As far as  retirees   from 1-4-1993  are concerned  both  wage revision and also  difference  in gratuity  based on  the revised pay scales  were paid  . I retd on 30-11-1993 . From  1-11-1993 the  computer  allowance  was also granted  from 1-11-1993 .  The retirees  between 1-8-92  and 31-3-93  got  diff in gratuity as per  revised  pay scales . The dispute is  " not  conceding wage revision  for  surviving class 1 regular  and family pensioners  , 320 or so   class 1 with consequential benefits .   Even among those 320  there are  cases of  regular  and family pensioners  died . The claimants , surviving successors , have to approach the court   for succession certificate  by paying  necessary stamp duty  . The  expenditure
for  granting  wage revision  to  the  surviving  class 1  retirees  was estimated by   us as just  5  crores .
Here it is  question of wage revision . In spite of  several attempts  the  Kerala HC   did not  find  time  to  hear our  writ . NOW  OUR  COUNSEL  SAYS THE case IS LISTED  FOR  1ST WEEK OF  JULY.
I REACTED  to the statement of  GNS that the DR anamoly  was brought to the notice of  Govt  by  a Board  Resolution   when  sri JS Salunkhe was the chairman . I wanted to know  what is the  text of  that
resolution . what was the anomaly  . But for  another  competitive writ filed by GNS  perhaps  our  writ would have been  disposed off .
Thanking u
