PAYMENT OF ARREARS IN COMPLIANCE OF THE ORDER OF DHC

I have read ur post    ur title is  " FABRICATED "  arrears . what exactly it means  ?  It  is   totally   

" underpayment "  " inadequate   payment "  " denial of  legally due   payment  "  and any other word  can be  coined  to   express  the   disgust of  the  pensioners.  All  this because of  the contempt with which  LIC   higher ups  treat the directions from SC/HC . .  The legal dept   at CO  gives  misinterpretations . U  continued  Contempt petitions at Rajasthan HC . All  top brass  simply escaped . The court  fully protected  them .  

One reason  for   this  situation  is    "  about 12000   employees  still in service     did not opt for  pension. The  attempt  by ex chairman  SK Roy  to  get  them  into  the scheme  failed . So there  is  one disgruntled  section  of  employees at Secretary, ZM, ED levels.  Another  unfavourable  situation  -  persons at the helm of affairs   refuse to  understand the  submissions  by us. 

The  MD and Chairman  never assert . Pensioners issue is not at all  in their agenda . 

Our  case is not  a political  one. No politician  is involved . So Even  at SC level  we are not   properly heard . The SC cannot  allot  enough time . 

On 30-7-18  the  A SG  simply gave an undertaking  and left . There was no clear cut order  by Sc

So  haphazard  interpretation   go to court again and again produce another  order .

Everybody is aware of the atrocities being  committed by  LIC  .  

HOW TO  SEE THAT THE  SC   GIVES  UNDIVIDED ATTENTION  ? 

Several  types of   data    prepared  by Sri CH Mahadevan . None from CO   does not want to  even look into    

U are also one of the petitioners  at   SC  u wanted to argue the case for urself  . See   on 11-10-18   whether  us can  draw the attention  of SC .

I sent   applications under RTI to All the 8 ZOs, 122 DOs and CO  requesting for data  on implementation  of   CO circulars   dt 18-8-18 and 1-9-18
