Dear Colleagues,
We could understand the anxiety of you all in seeking details of the
outcome of the proceedings in the Supreme Court on 31st ultimo and the
final result. Every activist is flooded with queries right from the end
of the hearing at SC and even OBs could not collect information from
reliable sources. The fact is that the case managers and a few activists
who were present at SC on 31st could not grasp full details of the
Order dictated. They knew that only the release of the Order would throw
the real full details and hence they felt shy of passing on details of
the Order on the basis of information which they could imagine out of
the discussions they could have made themselves. Till this time the
Order of the SC has not appeared in the website. As soon as the copy of
the order is obtained, we could expect a detailed official write-up from
our leaders. I would request our members to wait to know the essence of
the Order till then. Let us not take cognizance of spurious messages
spread out and get confused.
